If any band has been getting any respect over the last handful of years it is Nothing More. The unique Active Rock band utilizes so much more than just the typical rock set up. With a rig for their bass guitar called ‘The Bassanator’ and another contraption called ‘The Scorpion’, a device in which frontman Johnny Hawkins uses to manipulate the sounds coming from the other instruments in real time, they are a band you must see live! Speaking of Johnny Hawkins, the frontman uses his own vocals as an instrument in which he will mess with his throat while singing to get unique vocal sounds.

Nothing More stopped by in Charlotte, NC recently on their headliner to promote their new record ‘The Stories We Tell Ourselves’ with company from Hell Or Highwater, My Ticket Home, and Palisades. All around this show was a stacked lineup and we have an interview coming with My Ticket Home soon as well! Watch the interview below and hear all about the new record, finally getting to be a big name, and much more going on with Nothing More!

Band Sponsor: In Your Memory

We have band sponsors again! This one comes from In Your Memory out of Washington, DC. Read on below and watch their video along with tour dates with the one and only EMERY!

This DC Based sloppy vicious rock band has been together since 2013, releasing their first EP, Reflections, in 2014, touring on it for several years, playing notable events such as Four Chord Fest and the Ernie Ball stage at Vans Warped Tour, and getting rave reviews from sites such as the infamous music review page, “I Probably Hate your Band.” After two years of touring the record, they teamed up with Letlive’s guitarist, Jeff Sahyoun, to produce their most recent record, Failure to Launch. Failure to Launch dropped via Alternative Press Magazine (AP), brining the band to a larger audience and gaining them a spot on AP’s discover playlist. They’ve been featured several times in AP magazine, gaining national attention on those occasions and continue to spread by touring across the United States, and developing friendships with different fans throughout.
