Concert Review for Yellowcard and New Found Glory in Baltimore      Pop Punk’s biggest fall tour hit the Fillmore in Silver Spring Maryland this Thursday to a nearly sold out crowd. Heavy hitters New Found Glory and Yellowcard exchanged 70 minute sets, New Found Gory hitting the stage first. I believe it’s my first time seeing them live, and my favorite part of their set was when they pulled a fan out of the crowd and invited him onstage. They told him to request a song, any song in their lengthy catalog and they’d play it. He chose “Boy Crazy”, and New Found Glory performed it. In this day in age, I’m super impressed that they were able to do that with such a history and incorporate that into an already heavily mixed 19 song set. Yellowcard headlined the night, cranking out 15 songs, which were highlighted by an array from their album Ocean Avanue. I gotta hand it to these guys, they’ve been around awhile and still take the stage and finish their set out like it’s their last ever. I personally love a tour where band’s co-headline, and this tour is one for the ages.
