In 1981 before most of our readers were born, 4 musicians from Hollywood Ca got together with just $26 to their name and a case of beer (according to Nikki Sixx) and formed one of the greatest bands in rock and roll history. Now 33 years later Motley Crüe is now telling us all goodbye. This is sadly my first and last Crüe show, however the boys in Crüe made it a memorable one, with the lights, pyro and not to mention Nikki Sixx’s flame thrower on his bass during “Shout at the Devil” and Tommy Lee’s rollarcoaster drumkit aka the “crusifly”. These boys went non stop for an hour and ahalf kicking their set off with “Saints of L.A” and playing a 21 song set list consisting of all the fan favorites from their entire catalog including; “Same Ol’ Situation”, “Dr. Feel good”, and “Girls, Girls, Girls”. The band said their goodbyes from the “B stage” located in the back of the venue, by playing “Home Sweet Home”. The band still has several dates in the states as well as some overseas dates, if you get a chance to make it to one of their final shows DO IT! Give these boys the send off they deserve.
