Hello dear friends,
This is Rory speaking on behalf of the group known as Dayseeker. As I’m sure a majority of you have seen, our band account on Facebook has been hacked into by an unknown party and they are attempting to sabotage us on the most important week of our musical careers to date. Although this is incredibly frustrating due to our album coming out this Friday, we will not be stopped or slowed down due to such childish antics.
Silent Planet has been selfless in allowing us to post our new content from their page and we can’t even begin to express our gratitude and love for these guys. Any view on this track or preorder for our new album is needed now more than ever and we will be eternally indebted to any kind soul who chooses to support or help us in any way during this time.
Moving on to a brighter topic, we are proud to present you our favorite song off the new album: ‘Sleep In The Sea Pt II’ ft Garrett Russell of Silent Planet.

If you have been following the heart strings puller that is Dayseeker lately you would know that they have a highly anticipated album coming out fairly soon. Like most bands they rely on social media to market and push pre orders as well as first week sales when it is released because those numbers are so crucial for a band regarding future opportunities. Sadly, all of that work has seemingly disappeared as all of their content on facebook has been removed and replaced with memes and short videos. Dayseeker has been hacked.
The latest is the band is aware of the situation and are working hard to regain control, but the main cause for concern is all the 1 star reviews being left on their page. Leaving a bad review will make it even harder for Dayseeker to regain control and potentially force them to start all over losing every single like they have gathered since the page was created. The worst thing ever is the timing of all this when their new record “Dreaming Is Sinking /// Waking Is Rising” is set to come out this Friday. They have a released a couple of singles to help promote the release “Vultures” and “Abandon”. The band has become known for the heavy dark sound and screaming mixed with the emotional and heartfelt singing all done by frontman Rory Rodriguez.
Go leave the band 5 stars on their facebook page and help them have a great solid release day and first week regardless by pre ordering their record HERE. Dayseeker have spent most of their career and their past releases on Invogue Records but this one is a self release with no label backing which means the band needs the help even more without any backing from a label. So go pre order or buy it July 14th!
